Seen from the age group diarrhea spread in all age groups with the highest prevalence in toddlers (1-4 years) which is 16.7% and if according to gender between boys and girls is almost the same, which is 8.9% for boys 9.1% for girls. The purpose of this case study is to find out the description of the provision of nursing care for diarrhea in pediatric patients and therapy using puzzle play interventions. The method used in this scientific paper is a research methodology in the form of a case study that describes the condition of a child with pre-school age (3-6 years) who suffers from diarrhea with anxiety. The tool used to collect data is SCAS (Spance Children's Anxiety Scale) this scale consists of 28 anxiety questions This scale is equipped with asking parents to follow the instructions on the instrument sheet. It is known that the patient experienced anxiety about hospitalization based on subjective data Mrs. N said this was the first time An. H was hospitalized, her child was fussy and often cried, when examined An. E.p looked afraid when meeting the nurse. And objective data An. E. P. looked restless and tense when the nurse came An. E. P. hugged his mother and wouldn't let go, had difficulty concentrating when invited to play. Based on the results of anxiety measurements using the SCAS (Spence Children's Anxiety Scale), the result was 55 with an interpretation of moderate anxiety.
